F.O.T P423 is a liquid compound which effectively prevents formation of adherent and corrosive sludge on exhaust valve and turbochargers.
Adding F.O.T P423 to bunker fuel causes formation a complex that deactivates vanadium and sodium in fuels. The melting point of complex is above the sodium and vanadium compounds and prevents formation of adherent and corrosive molten compounds. In addition F.O.T P423 decreases the catalytic action of vanadium and inhibits corrosion of SO2 to SO3. In the exhaust system, SO3 reacts with steam and for sulfuric acid. This product reduces acidic corrosion in systems. Small non-adhesive solid particles are ejected with the exhaust gas stream. Therefore gas deposits on valve will reduce. Valve seat and valve cone lives are extended and allowing for longer time between overhauls.
By controlling deposits on turbochargers and steam exhaust systems, residual can be removed by common methods.
Features:
• Reduce high temperature
• Reduce corrosion of vanadium and sodium compounds
• Extends life of valve, cylinder and etc.
• Reduces the amount of ash, soot and carbon deposits on steam exhaust system and turbochargers
• Miscible in fuel
• Increase fuel efficiency
• Compatible with metal
