Soot Remover Powder is a powder product for removal soot, ash and unburned carbon from boiler furnaces, super heaters, economizers, air heaters and exhaust path. A 1 mm deposits can reduce 10% efficiency and 3 mm deposits is approximately equivalent to 50% efficiency loss. Soot Remover Powder prevents acidic corrosion and cold-end corrosion by inhibiting formation of sulfuric acid. Increase fuel efficiency which reduces fuel consumption. Due to the catalytic action of Soot Remover Powder the ignition temperature of carbon become lower and resulting in soot burn off and will be ejected with the exhaust gas.
